Daniel Paguaga was born in Tegucigala, Honduras [Central America] and raised in Miami, FL [Heart of a cultural melting pot]. The ambition to illustrate came naturally from an early age. Early influenced by comic book illustrators such as Jim Lee of DC Comics, Michael Turner and others, Daniel Paguaga began to master his unique perspective of art design. Latter influences from musicians to professors and artists such as Andy Warhol and Alphonse Mucha have added to his design montage.
Building onto the family lineage that includes architects, illustrators, doctors, farmers, master jewelers, and business owners, he applied himself to become a Graphic Designer/Illustrator. A unique perspective towards art design comes from his specialized experience brought about from him joining the United States Army before pursuing his Bachelor in Fine Arts in 1999. Contentions of war, responsibility of life, rapport and friendship, appreciation for life, and love of art account towards the foundation and development of Daniel Paguaga’s artistic standpoint. |
